📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours on working days (Monday to Saturday).
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We do not provide international shipping services. Accordingly, all your customers must reside within India. Furthermore, all customer details, including but not limited to phone numbers (e.g., starting with +91 or a 10-digit number beginning with 6-9) and addresses, must be local to India.

🚚 Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders are delivered within:

Standard Delivery (Free COD):
5–7 business days

Express Delivery (₹100 extra):
2–4 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability.

💰 Shipping & COD Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD): FREE

Standard Prepaid Shipping: FREE

Express Delivery: ₹100 (applicable for both prepaid & COD orders)

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email with:

Tracking ID

Courier partner

Live tracking link

📮 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your address, pincode, and phone number are correct.
Incorrect or incomplete address may cause delays or automatic order cancellation.

No refund will be issued for COD orders returned due to wrong address or customer unavailability.

🚚 Our Delivery Partners

We ship using reputed courier companies such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, BlueDart, and others.

❌ Failed Delivery / Missed Delivery

Couriers make 2–3 attempts.
If the customer is unreachable/unavailable, the order will return as RTO (Return to Origin).

Prepaid orders → refunded once product returns

COD orders → no refund applicable

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather issues

Festivals

Lockdowns

Courier operational delays

High-volume sale periods
